  • How do I book a party at OCTO CLAW?
    We highly recommend you to book your party by clicking the "Book Party Now" button on our website. However, if you would like to speak with a staff for more details you are more than welcome to do so. Please make sure you know the approximate number of guest, date and time of you party and the party package you would like to go with prior to your call. Party packages and prices are available on our website.
  • What are the operating hours?
    Our open hours are as below: Monday to Friday: 1pm to 8pm Saturday and Sunday: 11am to 8pm
  • What is the store policy?

  • Can I bring outside food and drinks?
    Outside food and beverages are allowed, except for alcoholic beverages.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • What should I do if I need to reschedule or cancel my party?
    To reschedule your party, please contact us at least one month in advance, or using the reschedule link provided by our website in your email. Availability for rescheduling cannot be guaranteed. To cancel your party, please contact us a week in advance of your scheduled party. Please note that the $100 deposit is not refunded but can be used as store credit.
