*OCTO CLAW Party Policy and Terms of Service* Book your party with us and not only will you get a dedicated party room for ONE HOUR, but you and your guests also enjoy UNLIMITED ACCESS to our facility for the rest of store open hours. Welcome to OCTO CLAW, the premier destination for unforgettable celebrations! We are thrilled to be part of your special day and are dedicated to providing an experience that’s as enjoyable as it is memorable. Before we get the fun started, please take a moment to review our terms of service and party policies: **1. Personal Belongings:** Guests are responsible for their personal items. OCTO CLAW is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. Keep valuables secure. **2. Arrival and Setup:** Arrive 30 minutes early prior to your booked time to set up and decorate your party room, ensuring a smooth start to your celebration. Late arrivals may lead to a shortened party time. Guests are welcomed to arrive 30 minutes early prior to your booked time as well and started the fun while you are getting ready. **3. Reservation and Rescheduling:** - A non-refundable deposit secures your booking. Deposit can be used as store credit if the party has to be canceled for unforeseen circumstances. - Please inform us at least one month in advance to reschedule, subject to availability. **4. Decorations and Cleanup:** - You’re welcome to bring decorations, subject to our safety approval. - Avoid confetti, glitter, or similar materials to prevent additional cleaning fees. - The party area should be returned to its original state by the end of your booking. **5. Food and Beverage Policy:** - Outside food and beverages are allowed, excluding alcohol. - All food and drinks should remain within the party area. **6. Conduct and Safety:** - We expect respectful and safe behavior at all times. Disruptive guests may be asked to leave. - Children must be supervised by an adult from their party at all times. - Adherence to facility rules and staff instructions is required for safety. **7.
